Son of J. Callol and Serrats, S.L. is a family business dedicated to the anchovy in its most traditional and craftsman. Our home, found in the municipal archives of the ladder and accredited by theCambra de Comerç, Indústria i Navegació de Girona, is 1847.
In Callol Serrats have been able to transmit from one generation to the ancient tradition of anchovy following a way of working itself, aimed at keeping the handmade process and insisting on the final product quality to satisfy our customers demanding.
The continued dedication and the long history of our family in the village preparing anchovies from L'Escala, now makes it possible for us to be the oldest active company in the industry.
Currently the sixth generation continues the tradition of anchovy maintaining knowledge passed from father to son.
